Return Window:

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will resolve the issue promptly.

Order Cancellations:

Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this time, the order may already be processed for shipping.
